Introducing my favorite little nook within my closet, reserved for only the prettiest-of-the-pretty beauty items and accessories. I know it may seem like over-kill to “decorate” a closet, but the clean, chic vibe always boosts my mood in what used to be a stressful, annoying, clothes-and-shoes-literally-everywhere situation. (“Is this clean?” “Why is there a flip flop in my sock drawer?” Don’t act like you haven’t been there.)
Shop my closet and check out some organizational tips below!
Little aside on Juicy Shakers: I am obsessed! These are lip “oils” that smell great and are not sticky. Not super pigmented so are good for a little more natural look. This one is Piece of Cake, but I also own the blue (clear) mint shaker. Such a fun little gloss! Shaped like a martini shaker, you shake the bottle before use to mix the nourishing oils with the colored tint.
I recommend purchasing a couple of pretty organizers (not plastic, please not plastic!) and make them about 2/3 full to avoid making them too cluttered.
Let’s Talk Shoes:
STEVE MADDEN MULES: $200 less than the coveted Tory Burch mules! These are a high fashion shoe that will likely not be in style in a few years, so my vote is not the Target mule (falls apart after a few wears) or the Tory Burch style (that price tag!) but the middle-ground Steve Madden Razzi Mule. Cute, comfortable, and the price is right. 😉
My best tip for a pretty perfume display is to arrange them on a circular mirror. My perfumes used to be scattered in my closet, on my bathroom counter, on my dresser, etc… no longer! What’s that saying? A place for everything, and everything in its place.
Princess: This perfume is one of my staples! This makes a great gift for your favorite women in your life, and at a super sweet price.
Ralph Lauren Romance is at least $30 cheaper on Amazon than anywhere I’ve found. Score.
An Amazon best-seller and $40 cheaper than Ulta…Si by Giorgio Armani.
